My love affair with food began at a very young age, I had a great mentor – my mum was a Home Economics teacher.  I also studied at Staffordshire College of Agriculture, where I delved into the art and science of Home Economics. Over the years, what started as a keen hobby soon blossomed into an unwavering passion for baking and cooking.

Today, I've taken a leap of faith from hobbyist to a slightly more professional approach, bringing The Village Pantry to life from the comforts of my own home kitchen—a sanctuary that boasts of a Food Hygiene Grade 5 certificate, reassuring you of quality and cleanliness at par with my unwavering commitment to taste and tradition.
